Bruce Wirt is Executive Vice President and Director of Business Development for Telesystem. He said the vast majority of the acquired customer base consists of multi-location customers in need of managed technology solutions.
“This move also demonstrates to partners that Telesystem is investing in growth and has an excellent financial position,” he said.
Additionally, partners will benefit from increased brand awareness as Abacus Group customers learn about Telesystem, Wirt said.

Telesystem did not acquire any new product sets in this acquisition, Wirt said. However, the additional customer base helps increase your purchasing power with suppliers.
