Staffing and Managed Services Are ‘Very Different’ Businesses. Why Are They Coming Together? | Legaltech News

Legal staffing companies are beginning to diversify into technology and managed services, while managed services companies are seeing a similar expansion in staffing. But while both have their reasons for looking the other way, competition in one does not necessarily guarantee success in the other.

Last week, staffing and outsourcing resource provider Forrest Solutions announced that it was launching a dedicated division called Forest Solutions Legal. In addition to staffing needs, the legal division will also offer managed services related to eDiscovery, compliance and information governance.
