I didnt think you were suppose to have any period. Where did you read you could have a permit?. Kevin thats the last thing the white river needs in it with all the troubles it has now.  I would report this to the DNR and let them handle it.

it's illegal to transport "live" big head,and a permit is required to transport "dead" big heads!that's according to idnr this morning.
