One the price of pork flucuates with the market so thats gonna be market price and depends if want to do a whole whole half hog so forth or small whole hog. You get the idea. Gonna get one butcher it yourself or already butchered?
Do you have a cooker to handle porky. Know someone that will do it for free? Or have to pay someone to come in and cook it?
Then you have the sides to go with it. What are they gonna be? Pitch in by anyone that comes?
