From Brutom

Three places with fishing piers that come to mind would be:

Fort Harrison State Park on Delaware Lake.

Lieber State Rec. Area on Cagles Mill Reservoir.

There are a couple on Middlefork Reservoir at Richmond Indiana.

ahite suggest:

Shakamak State Park has a pier and also Beaver Bottom is good in spring before the weeds in.
