  I have this marked as being in Scott county, but some of the other websites I've seen have it as in Jennings county. This pay lake is open, and they are catching fish. Did you try to call them ? My information came from the owner of Catfish Charlie's pay lake.

Kimberly lake, Scott county, Indiana This maybe in Jennings county, not for sure. Suppose to be about 10 miles from Scottsburg. Big flatheads, blues, carp, and channel cats.
