About the same time today 4:30PM two fishermen from Southbend got stranded on Eagle lake in southern Michigan, just across the state line, and two fishermen on Juno lake just east of Eagle got stranded. Both sets of guys went out this morning and as the day warmed up it opened up near shore and both had to call 911 to get trhem off the lakes. So firemen not having anything else to do was called to get the FISHERMEN home safe. Said there was about 3" of ice. Now two of the guys truck wouldn't start when they did get back on land. So even with all the bad luck they had ,they were lucky they didn't go swimming,For some gills???
