Pastor: Lord, these men need ice bad, look down upon them with Your grace. They are going steer crazy in their homes. Look down upon them with Your mercy.
Ice Fisherman: Lord, Hear Our Prayer
Pastor: Lord, they are stuck in their homes with their wives, children, and girlfriends. Help them have patience as they wait on You. Help them find ways to pass the time. Help them get all their gear together and to be ready when the ice comes.

Pastor: Lord, Christmas is coming, may you bless them with the resources to provide for their families and put a few ice jigs under their tree. Provide work for those who are out of work. Provide resources for those in need. May they enjoy their family and friends as they wait on You.

Pastor: Lord, we should be fishing by this time of year. We are struggling with cabin fever and we are tired of watching the Bears get beat. Please bring us safe ice very soon. Don’t let the Packers have a perfect season and help the Hoosiers and Boilermakers dominate on the hardwood.

Pastor: Lord, when we look at the 5 day forecast, it doesn’t look good. We know that You are the Lord of heavens and we ask that you would send a north wind and bring us ice.

Pastor: Lord, when we do get on the ice, we ask that you would keep us all safe. We don’t want any of our fishing buddies to get lost this year in Indiana. Watch over us and help us help each other. Protect the crazy guys who get out on thin ice. You know they are out of their minds wanting ice. Lord protect the simple minded.

Pastor: Lord, we thank You for all we have in Indiana. The walleye, the perch, the bluegill, the bass, the steelhead, the crappie and even the carp. Help us to take good care of the resources that You have blessed us with. May the DNR stock walleye in all our lakes.

Pastor: Lord, We look forward to a great ice fishing season together. Help us to help our fellow ice fisherman and to introduce a kid to ice fishing this season. Help us to pass along the addiction.
