I only recommend pay lakes that pay out like they should. Hubbards does pay out if you catch a winning fish. I do recommend fishing there ! 77j Very nice pay lake.
There are a few pay lakes that seem to be kind of shady. Some pay lakes will tell you that you've won, and then refuse to pay out.
I do not recommend Indy Lakes on the Indianapolis southside.
