Best bang for the buck for tools? Hmm...scissors, bobbins, bodkins (dubbing needles), tweezers, and possibly more. I like to buy tools made by cosmetic companies
when possible. I find them at department and drug stores. The quality can be exceptional. Purchase prices are
generally lower for equivalent or better quality in my opinion. Though, I'd better note that I now have a trained eye and the experience to know what to look for in tools for my purposes.
