Took my outboard to him to have it fixed. It was the powerpack. He didn't have the money to pay for it, so I had to prepay for the part. He said he would order the part that same day I paid for it. He cashed my check and spent the money. Six weeks of emails and staying on him, I finally got the motor fixed. The bottom line is I paid for the part, he should have ordered the part and fixed the motor the same week I paid for the part. I strongly believe he would still not have it done today if I did not stay on him. Ordering the part over 5 weeks later is in my opinion not a good business practice. I recommend to all BEWARE of this business.
