Anyone can meat or fish? I used to have a neighbor that canned all the carp
I brought him. He preferred it over canned salmon. I can deer/squirrel and any
other meat when I check out freezer before it freezer burns. It is a work intensive
job but rewards are great. I use a pressure canner.
I cube up deer meat in quarts or pints and it is a quick way to have deer or beef
and noodles in the time it takes the noodles to cook. Only way to use up those
five hundred year old squirrels. smile....
Haven't tried fish yet though. Looking to pick the brain of anyone experienced in
canning fish...

I thought is would be nice to have a straight recipe area that can be found without having to browse through a bunch of stuff so i started some and will add to it regularly if you have any comments on any of the recipes whether you like or not please post them here,  and please add your favorite recipes to any of the great topics. Thank you!
