For the pico de Gallo...
dice...
white onion and tomatoes(twice as much tomato to onion) Jalepenos, green bell pepper and avocado
chop cilantro and a small amount of garlic, add a good amount of squeezed lime, combine all and add salt to season
In a skillet...
Brown your choice of meat and add green bell pepper, onion, jalepeno and tomato, season with salt and pepper
heat your choice of flour or corn tortillas add meat mixture, pico de gallo and Queso fresco(mexican cheese)

Also this pico de gallo works great ontop of a salad with crispy pan fried crappie!
